The Rose Street Residence was designed and built for a client with a growing family. Working off an existing foundation, they wanted an open floor plan with ample natural light, a connection to the outdoors, and flexibility to change in time. This is accomplished with a spacious great room, strategically placed windows, a covered deck off the master, and a roof deck.
