Both buildings are 2,070sf and have 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a spacious great room (kitchen, living, dining) and a 270sf bunker garage at the street-edge. Designed as net-zero housing, the project eliminates energy consumption by creating as much energy as it uses. These net-zero houses utilize roof-mounted solar panel arrays, double-framed walls, triple glazed windows and insulation that is 15% above typical building code requirements.
