A pro-density approach to the growing Ballard neighborhood, the project maximizes the building envelope allowed by new rowhouse city code provisions. Each of the 4 units measures 1,430sf, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and has extensive glazing on the North / South facades as well as a double-height front living room in order to provide ample natural lighting to the deep units. Roof decks utilize all available space and create a much desired outdoor presence for the inhabitants.
