Dermot was born and raised in Ireland, a land rich in history and one that he found inspiration from at an early age. It was in his hometown of Dublin where he discovered his love for building and architecture, citing the many historical castles, ancient ruins, and cathedrals as his inspiration. After successfully completing an electrician apprenticeship, Dermot worked in the electrical industry for many years, focusing mainly on single family homes and residential remodels. He also worked with a local building contractor to help oversee construction of single family residences, remodels, and retail developments. Dermot then decided to transition away from construction and pursued an education in architectural and engineering drafting. Following completion of his program in 2015 he joined alloy design group, where he now enjoys the challenge of applying his construction and drafting experience into the overall design and completion of projects.
Outside of work, Dermot is a proud father who enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He continues to explore and draw inspiration from the buildings and structures around him, both new and old.

Growing up in the Seattle area, Caroline has always had an interest in built environments. Most fascinated by single family homes, she can trace this interest back to many popular family sit-coms of the 90s. Seeing how each family dynamic was shaped in part by the home they lived in, she was always intrigued by how house design affected families in reality. Caroline paired her love for art and design with this interest in housing, which led her to pursuing an Architectural Design degree at the University of Washington.
On the side, Caroline is a member of the marketing staff for the non-profit organization, Tet In Seattle, where she supports the group in graphic design. Outside of architecture, Caroline is interested in pop culture, cinema, and professional wrestling. Ask her who her favorite wrestler is, or how many Avengers actors she's met!
Born and raised in Southern California, Gina has worked in Accounting for the past 28+ years supporting both small businesses and large corporations. Her love of data and numbers started as a young child tracking baseball statistics for the LA Dodgers for fun. She has a passion for tech and efficient processes and loves combining that with bookkeeping and accounting to help small businesses succeed.
When she is not crunching numbers, organizing processes and workflows or analyzing data, she loves to spend time with her friends and family. Her 5-year old granddaughter is the highlight of most days and says, "It is very true, there is nothing greater than being a grandma (or Gump as she calls me)." She loves living in the PNW, which has been her home for the past 16 years – she feels most alive and calm when she's near mountains and water.
