A pro-density approach to the growing Ballard neighborhood, the project maximizes the building envelope allowed by new rowhouse city code provisions. Each of the 4 units measures 1,430 sf, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and has extensive glazing on the North / South facades as well as a double-height front living room, and a triple-height skylight at the core, in order to provide ample natural lighting to each unit. Roof decks utilize all available space and provide much desired outdoor living space with views of the surrounding neighborhood.
